Clearance shoes are final sale--no refunds or exchanges. Shoes may be shipped to you without their original box--(in a soft pack to save shipping costs.)
All of our shoes are brand new; however, we have a retail store where customers are allowed to try them on. If you notice any dirt on the sole, it's simply because they have been tried on in-store.
