FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If I have questions or need assistance with my purchase, who should I contact?

You may e-mail questions and concerns to us at: info@shopDARTboutique.com or call/text (605) 777-3956.  We try to respond to direct messages on our social media pages; although, we prefer to be contacted by e-mail or phone.  We do our best to respond in a timely manner--within 24 hours of your request.

How long will it take to ship my order after purchase?

We strive to package and ship each order within 24 hours of purchase.  If for some reason your order will be delayed, we will contact you with an update.  We ship orders Monday through Friday, so if you purchase on the weekend it may take an extra day to process.  We ship using USPS.  Depending on the post office’s schedule or weather delays, your package should arrive within a week, usually within a few days.

How should I launder my clothing?

We recommend laundering each item as directed on the label to keep the clothing in ideal condition for as long as possible.  With that said, most items can be washed in the machine on a gentle cycle.  Ideally you will want to hang the items to dry.  However, some clothing will be okay in the dryer for a short time on a low setting.

Are the sizes of your clothing true-to-size, run big, or run small?

Most items in our shop are true-to-size.  If the item is different than what you would expect, we try to note that on the item’s description.  If you have any questions about the sizing of an item before you purchase, feel free to contact us and ask.  

What is your return policy?

We strive to provide quality products that you will love.  If for some reason you need to return your purchase, we will accept the return within 10 days of purchase if the item is unused and has original tags/packaging intact in exchange for store credit.

All sales on clearance items are final.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error that we did not catch prior to shipping, we will accept the return or exchange the item if possible, and reimburse you for shipping costs.  

For manufacturing defects or shipping errors:

  1. Take a picture of the defect or error and send it to us at info@shopDARTboutique.com.
  2. In your e-mail, state if you would like to exchange the item or get a refund.
  3. Package the return and ship it to us at: Dolby Artistry, 615 E Brain St., Suite B  Tea, SD 57064
  4. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation of the defect or error, we will reimburse you for shipping costs and provide an exchange or return
