If I have questions or need assistance with my purchase, who should I contact? 

You may e-mail questions and concerns to us at: info@shopDARTboutique.com or call/text (605) 777-3956.  We try to respond to direct messages on our social media pages; although, we prefer to be contacted by e-mail or phone.  We do our best to respond in a timely manner--within 24 hours of your request.

How long will it take to ship my order after purchase?

We strive to package and ship each order within 24 hours of purchase.  If for some reason your order will be delayed, we will contact you with an update.  We ship orders Monday through Friday, so if you purchase on the weekend it may take an extra day or two to process.  We typically ship using USPS.  Depending on the post office’s schedule or weather delays, your package should arrive within a week, usually within a few days.

How should I launder my clothing?

We recommend laundering each item as directed on the label to keep the clothing in ideal condition for as long as possible.  With that said, most items can be washed in the machine on a gentle cycle.  Ideally you will want to hang the items to dry.  However, some clothing will be okay in the dryer for a short time on a low setting.

Are the sizes of your clothing true-to-size, run big, or run small?

Most items in our shop are true-to-size.  If the item is different than what you would expect, we try to note that on the item’s description.  If you have any questions about the sizing of an item before you purchase, feel free to contact us and ask.  

Return Policy - DART Boutique

What is your return policy?

We do our best to provide amazing customer service and incredible products! If you’re wishing to make a return, here are some things to know:

  • We are strict on our return policy to all customers.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We require you send us an email stating you’re returning an item : info@shopdartboutique.com. (See below regarding damaged/defected items)
  • We do not offer refunds. Store credit or a gift card will be issued for eligible items. 

CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL AND NON RETURNABLE. THESE ITEMS ARE GENERALLY INDICATED WITH A PRICE ENDING IN $0.19 OR WITH A RED PRICE ON THE TAG. ANY SPECIAL WITH A DISCOUNT 30% OR OVER ARE ALL SALES FINAL. STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT FOR ANY RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS CLEARANCE OR ACCESSORY. 

 Returns must:

  • For online orders: be postmarked within 20 days of ORDER DATE. 
  • For in store purchases: brought in within 10 days of purchasing.
  • Be received in original, unused condition with original product packaging and original tags attached. 
        • If an item has stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or the appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
  • Include original invoice or a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Please indicate the reason for returning.

ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RE-SHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RE-SHIPPING FEE WITHIN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. DO NOT return before contacting us. 

If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving. No exceptions.

If we do not receive notification within 3 days, the return will be rejected and no store credit/gift card or refund will issued. 

Process to report damage/defect:

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the damaged/defective area and email the images to info@shopdartboutique.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached to the item. 
  • Indicate “damaged” or “defective” in the subject line. 
  • Include the first and last name on your DART Boutique account, order #, and product title. 

You will receive a response from us within 24 business hours (Tuesday through Friday — Business Hours Only).
